Johnny Forever Nawracaj and Gambletron

Rosenberg’s Poland was created in collaboration with sound artist Johnny Forever Nawracaj. The video work is an early experimentation of what is intended to become a much larger media exploration of the topic. Centred around the ruins of a synagogue built in 1786 in the small southern Polish town of Tarłów and Gambletron’s great great grandfather who was appointed there.Nawracaj was born in Nowa Huta, less than two hundred kilometers from Tarłów.
